Exploring northern Laos
and the Muang La Resort
This exceptional resort is in the heart of northern Laos where roads from Vietnam and China lead through unspoiled countryside. The MUANG LA RESORT is situated on the edge of a small traditional village with just about 100 inhabitants. Surrounded by dense forests and on the banks of a beautiful river and yet isolated from mass tourism. Muang La Resort is the ideal base to explore the many treasures and adventures of the region including the rich diversity of ethnic groups living between rice-fields and high rising mountains.
With only 5 wooden villas and 10 bedrooms, built in traditional architecture, the notion of a retreat assumes its full meaning. An ambiance of peace and tranquility exudes from the Muang La Resort, an ambiance that only a small, traditional structure like this can offer.
Refined decoration and comfort are everywhere; the scents from the lush, tropical gardens accompany your every step and secluded corners guarantee rest and relaxation.
